DeeAnn Palin brings over twenty-five years of business and executive leadership with expertise in helping businesses grow and scale, honing-in on problem areas and setting a clear path to excellence. She takes pride in identifying and solving key business issues and creating game changing strategies, from restructuring operations to implementing various technologies, and revamping pay for performance and key operating processes.
DeeAnn Palin has extensive experience in organization development and culture change, and complements that with exceptional operations and results management. She has leveraged these skills across large companies, in start-ups, and in for-profit and nonprofit Boards and operations. She has worked in a multitude of industries including high tech, insurance, retail, private education, healthcare, and sports & entertainment. Ms. Palin is a project and change management professional and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University.
Ms. Palin coaches businesses and key executives through personal and organizational transformation, teaching executive leadership skills to manage both people and operations excellence to accelerate business growth. She works with the CEO and team to set or improve metrics and operating processes as well as establish effective decision-making processes. She works with the senior team individually and as a group to create high performance work teams, an effective culture and operation excellence.
She works as consultant, interim executive and/or coach, depending on the needs of the business. Ms. Palin has served in leadership roles on several boards, including Chair of the Northern Arizona University Foundation Board.
